Being in the same profession (doctors), … More I was inspired by her journey that one can follow the passion of climbing mountains along with the full time job as a doctor. I met & discussed my mountaineering goals with Krish & guided me from purchasing clothing, shoes, gears etc to attaining physical fitness for the trek. We used to exercise together in the Noida stadium especially on the weekends.
  Trekking transformed me from a sedentary life to a fitness freak.My first trek was a huge success which imbibed plenty of confidence in me. Since then I have been an adventurous person, learning new adventure sports (surfing being my latest one) and have relocated to the mountains of Himachal Pradesh.
  Me And Mountain is the reason that I discovered my true self and got the courage to come out of my comfort zone to follow my passion. All these have been making me a happy person from within which in turn makes me capable of keeping the people around me happier. Even the people around me appreciate the healthy transformation within me & now get inspiration from my journey.
  It’s amazing how strangers at one point of life, turns into a family with a common love: Mountains.

  I met Krish bhaiya & Shipti didi by virtue of luck in Tanzania during Mt. Kilimanjaro expedition where they helped me in the event of loss of my passport, despite not being my team leader at that time. That led to a bond after which … More I completed my Mt. Elbrus expedition, Valley of flowers trek and rock climbing camp in Mt. Abu with them.
  I feel at ease to travel with Me And Mountain for any camp because Krish bhaiya or Shipti didi or both lead the team personally , especially for the international programs. Mountaineering expertise of Krish bhaiya and the Medical expertise of Shipti didi adds on to the safety factor.
  I especially like the full package system of Me And Mountain where I don’t have to spend from my pocket even for a single drop of water during the trek/expedition. There is no hidden cost and the services are of high standards.
  I am very glad that I am a part of this closely knit family of Me And Mountain and receive persistent guidance from Krish bhaiya for my Seven summits. It is worth mentioning how they accommodate the entire team at their home in Delhi during the transit to & from the Delhi airport.
  I highly recommend contacting Me And Mountain for treks and expeditions especially the Seven summits. Looking forward to join many more camps with them.

  Mt. Elbrus, my 1st mountain expedition among the Seven summits rendered an experience of the lifetime, as I got exposed to the world of the International mountaineering with Krish sir and Shipti ma’am.
  We were a team of 8 members and I … More enjoyed traveling with the team. Everything was in place right from the visa, flights between India and Moscow to the local transportations, hotel & hostel accommodations, food, technical equipments, mountain guide. Everything was in a package & I didn’t have to worry about anything . This kept me focused on my summit.
  Not only were our team led to the summit of Mt.Elbrus, the highest peak of Europe but Krish sir had also planned for a sightseeing tour to Moscow and St. Petersburg. We enjoyed exploring these cities in Russia. It was the best package offered by Me And Mountain by including tour to these cities as we not only climbed one of the Seven Summits but also saw the culture of Russia during our stay in Moscow & St. Petersburg.
  I had developed a bond with Krish sir & Shipti ma’am in such a way that Delhi is now my 2nd home. Krish sir is excellent as a mentor and I, as a budding mountaineer look upon him for the guidance in every step.

Krish sir & Shipti ma'am has been with me throughout the journey from the preparation and not just during the expeditions. They are always available to sort my queries and lending me the helping hand.
  The professionalism and the readiness to guide every step of a mountaineer makes Me And Mountain unique. The medical support provided by them during the expeditions are unmatched. There is no looking back for me and I am planning to keep climbings all the Seven summits with them.

The expedition was operated smoothly right from leading us from India till we said goodbye back in India.
  Krish sir & Shipti ma’am led us carefully in each step of the expedition, along with the local support staffs who were incredible. I never felt the nervousness of climbing one of the Seven summits under the excellent guidance of Krish sir & Shipti ma’am. Medical assistance by the team is something which I found unique, especially during an international expedition.
